2 - Edradour combination structural/stratigraphic trap exploration well with Lower Cretaceous Black Sail Sandstone primary objective. Gas/condensate in thin porous unit towards the top of the Upper Albian Spinnaker Sandstone (10,978–11,004 ft) and likely hydrocarbon saturation throughout this low permeability sandstone (10,952–11,309 ft) and in the underlying Black Sail Sandstone (11,309–11,449 ft). Gas/condensate samples from the upper Spinnaker and Black Sail sandstones and a thin overpressured Royal Sovereign Sandstone at 11,679 ft, with oil and gas shows in the Springbank Sandstone at TD. Well was temporarily abandoned for later re-entry and testing.
2 RE - Edradour combination structural/ stratigraphic trap exploration well with Lower Cretaceous Black Sail Sandstone as primary objective. Gas/condensate in thin porous unit towards the top of the Upper Albian Spinnaker Sandstone at 10,978–11,004 ft, with likely hydrocarbon saturation throughout this mainly low permeability sandstone (10,952–11,309 ft) and the underlying Black Sail Sandstone from 11,309–11,449 ft. Gas/condensate samples were recovered from the upper Spinnaker and Black Sail sandstones. A gas/condensate sample was also recovered from a thin over-pressured Royal Sovereign Sandstone at 11,679 ft, with oil and gas shows in the Springbank Sandstone at TD. The well folwed 36 mmcfgpd, 570 bcpd and 195 bwpd from Black Sail Sandstone.
