Exploration well on the Timon prospect. Primary Upper Jurassic (Lower Magnus B fan) submarine fan sandstones at 9,300–11,000 ft with up-dip pinch-out to NW, marked by amplitude and AI anomalies as primary objective with Lower Magnus A fan Upper Magnus as secondary targets. The well was suspended in Tertiary (Lark Formation) and re-entered. The Kimmeridge Clay was close to prognosis but only 28 ft of low permeability quartz cemented sandstone was seen, correlating to the Timon B anomaly at 10,448 ft, with some thin sands below. No shows were recorded.
