Deviated Rhyl appraisal/development well to the poorly imaged northern part of this fault block structure. The Ormskirk Sandstone objective was prognosed at 4,950 ft (4,305 ft TVDSS). Well drilled the reservoir at an inclination of 34° with the top Ormskirk at 5,118 ft (4,444 ft TVDSS) with a 229 ft vertical gas column to a gas-water contact at 5,398 ft (4,673 ft TVDSS). Net/gross was 0.36 with an average porosity of 12.9% and Sw of 40.9%. The well was tested and suspended for later re-entry as a producer.
