Callater appraisal/development well deviated south from the field manifold to a previously undrilled fault block on the SE flank with Upper Beryl (primary) and Linnhe (secondary) objectives. Well encountered a full oil column in the Upper Beryl (11,933–12,110 ft TVDSS), separated by water-wet Lower Beryl from a deeper column in the Linnhe, extending down into the Eiriksson (not a planned objective) from 12,303–12,622 ft TVDSS. Main sands in Upper Beryl, lower Linnhe and Eiriksson were completed with perforated 7" liner and placed on production at an initial 1,394 bpd oil equivalent (65% oil).
