Exploration well on the Wick prospect, a high-relief tilted fault block located at the intersection of the Helmesdale and Great Glen faults. Dip-closure at top Middle Jurassic from 2,500–4,900 ft. Beatrice A and B sands (Callovian) main objective with Upper Triassic as a possible secondary target. Planned well TD 4,229 ft (4,101 ft TVDSS). Well drilled vertically with Beatrice objective at 3,063 ft. Gross 75 ft, with 65 ft of net sandstone, average porosity 17.2%. Reservoir was water-wet.
