Completed Well 30/8-4

Exploration well, deviated to the SW on the Dunnottar prospect, with a primary Triassic Joanne Sandstone objective at approximately 14,000–15,000 ft and possible deeper Judy Sandstone secondary target. Pre-drill reserves were reported to be 70 mmbbl OE. The well was abandoned at 15,639 ft MD; 3,628 ft short of the reported planned TD, with reported hydrocarbons in the Paleocene, Jurassic and Paleocene. The discoveries were described as marginal.
